Project Description

This project involved a full-renovation of the entire maisonette. The team was in charge of planning the floorplan of the house and designing the layout of all rooms, such as the entertainment room, kitchen and bathrooms in the house. After planning the design of the house, the team then proceeded with the reconstruction of the entire house.

Here are some of the key highlights:

  • Installation of custom-made furniture such as the TV console in the entertainment room which had built-in storage spaces and an aluminium type slot for the television

  • Construction of the kitchen which included sourcing materials and furnishing from various external sources and combining it with Megatrends’ custom-made items

  • Renovation of both Master and Common bathrooms, with an LED backlighting installed behind the mirror, creating a unique ambient lighting effect
