Project Description

This was a takeover project from a previous contractor that was unable to complete the job for the client. We hence had to navigate taking into consideration the work that had already been done and working our way around it while remapping the entire execution of the renovation of this flat.
All in all, here are the following highlights for this particular project:

  • Re-planned the kitchen layout of the house from the previous contractor

  • Continued renovation for kitchen - worked on installing kitchen cabinets and tiling works

  • Renovated the master bathroom and common bathroom, with focus on the vanity for both. Features an open-shelf vanity made with a Kompacplus top and laminated with EDL’s Olivet Wood Lamination

  • Did touch-up works for other parts of the house from the previous contractor
